For Meorah Ha-Me'ir, that instinct has shaped every chapter of her story — from agency life in Boston, to the sacred hills of Jerusalem, to the quiet work of building ventures that endure.

Meorah is the founder of Hameir Capital, a boutique advisory firm where creative vision and business strategy converge. Her path began in Boston, where she built and led a boutique digital agency before making Aliyah in 2021 and relocating to Jerusalem, where she served as CMO & Creative Director of the Combat Antisemitism Movement (CAM), developing campaigns that reached millions worldwide. She went on to found Hameir Creative, a strategic creative agency whose clients include leading voices in Jewish advocacy and education.
Her background in brand building and organizational strategy became the foundation for something greater. Through Hameir Capital, Meorah now develops ventures at the intersection of purpose and performance — most notably Noga Gemstone Advisory, which sources investment-grade gemstones for wealth managers, family offices, and discerning investors seeking durable, tangible stores of value.
Her ventures are shaped by a deeply held conviction that material and spiritual pursuits are not in tension, but in service of each other. Business, done right, is a form of integrity — a commitment to building things that genuinely matter, for people who recognize real value.
Meorah is also an emerging voice in Jewish media, sharing her journey as an Orthodox convert, an immigrant to Israel, and someone who has never quite fit into the mold. She divides her time between Jerusalem and Boston, and finds that living between worlds sharpens her sense of what truly endures.
